Stop animal cruelty
Chancellor Gordon Brown
The budget, led by Chancellor Gordon Brown, is on 9 April. It's when the government decides how it's going to get the money it needs, by increasing taxes on things like cigarettes and petrol.
Other top findings in the survey by Natwest were:
Cigarettes should cost £20 a packet
Only one in five kids said the price of cigarettes should stay the same
More cash to stop animal cruelty
Money to help people make their homes more 'green'
Cash boosts for hospitals, homeless people, schools and emergency services
Sian, 11, from Watford, who took part in the survey, said: "I think a packet (of cigarettes) should be £10. This would discourage people from smoking."
