What we stuff in our pancakes depends on where we live, a survey's shown.

• Half of Scottish people eat theirs with cheese
• 14% of people in the north prefer mince!
• Fave fillings in the West country are jam and Golden Syrup
• But nearly two thirds of people still prefer lemon and sugar

The poll, by Asda, also showed that more than three quarters of families will be making pancakes on Tuesday.

But they're tricky to get right and most people reckoned they'd end up with batter on the walls or ceiling, the survey said.
