A schoolboy who wants to be the next Billy Elliot is planning to sue after bullies injured his legs.
Kristopher King, 11, is desperate to be a top ballet dancer, but his chances were hit when he was beaten up at school.
He was kicked, stamped on and someone ran over his foot with a bike while he was bullied at school.

The attacks left Kristopher with badly bruised legs, back and ribs. It's so bad that doctors said he needs an operation on his back and feet.
Now his mum, Diane, is going to sue education bosses, saying the bullies could've wrecked her son's career as a dancer.
Kristopher, from Spondon, has been dancing since he was four, and being a ballet dancer is his dream. But bullies at Asterdale Primary School picked on him because of it.
'Ruin it all'
His mum said: "I have seen him go from somebody who knew what he wanted
to do in life to somebody who is withdrawn and quiet.
"I just want justice for Kristopher because he always wanted to be a dancer and this could ruin it all."
The school said they couldn't comment on the case.
