Teenager wants to be with Turkish boyfriend
Updated 16 December 2002, 14.59
Rachel (middle) with her dad Bob abd sister Beckie
The 14-year-old girl who ran away to Turkey to marry her 24-year-old boyfriend says she loves him and wants to go back to him.

Rachel Lloyd is back home in Wales after her worried family asked police to search for her.

Said they were married

They found her in Turkey with barman Mehmet Ocack, whom she'd met on holiday a few weeks before.

She even says she wants to have his baby.

"I don't care about the age thing. I love him and that's what matters.

"All I want is to stay in Turkey and be with him," she said.

"I know people think I'm mad but I'm in love with him."

Arrested

Rachel with Mehmet
Mehmet has now been arrested over their relationship because Rachel's underage.

An official says they're definitely not legally married - though it was possible there had been some form of ceremony.

Certainly, Rachel still says they're married.

But she also says she's texted Mehmet - and he hasn't replied.
