A boy has been off school for seven months because he wouldn't remove an eyebrow ring.
Ricki, 14, was sent home from school in November 2001 because he had a pierced eyebrow but didn't go back because he refused to take it out.
Parents' backing
His parents backed him against the school, and said it was only a tiny ring that didn't cause anyone any harm.
Having an eyebrow ring is against the rules at Budmouth Technology College in Dorset, which is why Ricki has spent the last seven months at home.
The people who run schools in Dorset could have taken Ricki's parents to court to try and get him back to school, but decided not to.
Eventually Ricki and his parents decided he should go back to school, so he's taken the ring out and is looking forward to seeing his friends again.
