We all know chips and sweets aren't good for us, but eating them all the time is making you sick.

Experts say bad diets and too much sitting around is actually making you ill.

A vitamin company has been telling experts how eating healthily while you're young can set you up for life.

Too many sweets

But eat junk all the time and you could be storing up all kinds of disease and illnesses for when you get older.

More than two thirds of pre-school children eat white bread, crisps, chips and sweets.

A special event being held in London is looking at who's responsible for what kids eat.

Parents, teachers and health experts are trying to work together to put more fruit and veg back on the menu.
