A radio station aimed at the under 16s is to be launched later this year.

It'll be the first of its kind in the UK, and around 25 million people in many parts of the country will be able to tune in.

Capital Radio in London announced it was hooking up with Disney to launch the station.

Digital promotion

Capital says that a station for under 16-year-olds is an ideal way of promoting digital radio.

The station - to be called Capital Disney - is expected to be built up over the next few months.
