Mobile phones are being blamed for the first fall in chocolate sales for 50 years.
And it's all your fault!
Apparently, the reason is because children are spending more of their pocket money on mobiles, whereas they used to spend it all on the sweet stuff.
Top-up cards
The Grocer magazine says sales have dropped from £2.7 billion to £2.55 billion so it's not like chocolate's fallen completely out of favour.
But he said:
"Children are walking into newsagents and instead of buying a Mars bar they're scrabbling together enough change to buy a £5 top-up card so they can keep using their mobiles."
Is that true? Is your sweet tooth not quite as sweet now you can spend everything on having a fab mobile?
