The props were both used for the scenes with Tom Riddle's magic diary, the dangerous book which plays a major part in the storyline of Potter two.

The first prop, an ordinary leather-bound diary, fetched a whopping £1,168.

While the second, which had tubes attached to squirt out fake blood, went for slightly less at £1,044.
