Fame Academy may have to move out of its north London mansion because it has been damaged during the series.
Camden Council, who have to give permission for Witanhurst House to be used aren't keen on doing so again.
Witanhurst is very old and has been named a "Grade II listed building" which means nothing in it can be changed without proper permission.
The council says the people behind Fame Academy didn't get that permission, so don't want them using the house again.
