The departure of the 21-year-old from Reading leaves Michelle to fight it out against the three remaining lads - Chris, Mark and Sam.
Susanne was quick to dismiss rumours that she and Michelle - who's come under fire for being overweight - had fallen out.
"Michelle and me get on really well. She's a top girl," said Susanne.
Saturday's show had a big band theme and Susanne said she was really impressed by Michelle's performance of the classic song Feeling Good.
"This was Michelle's best week. She is a real diva and looks fabulous," said Susanne.
Susanne was an early favourite to win the TV talent show, but Sam is now being tipped to be crowned the nation's Pop Idol.
