The actor who plays dwarf Gimli in the Lord of the Rings films is suing the producers of a TV show because he was injured while filming.
John Rhys-Davies, 59, claims a fake wall fell on him while filming La Femme Musketeer in Croatia in November 2002 giving him "severe" injuries.
He says Hallmark Entertainment Distribution were careless while filming, which led to the accident.
Rhys-Davies has not said how much money he is trying to get from the company.
