There have been reports on the internet that actress Tilda Swinton is set to play the part of the Divination Teacher.

Although many think she would be perfect for the role, studio insiders have told CBBC Newsround she won't be in the movie.

And it's not because they didn't want her.

It's because it's believed while she was approached at an early stage, film scheduling difficulties meant she couldn't take part in the movie.

But with the script for Goblet of Fire still being written, and a director for the film still to be confirmed it seems very unlikely any casting for the movie will be decided until filming finishes on Prisoner of Azkaban.
