When asked if she could win the show Ruby said: "What do you think ... like it would be a miracle - it is a miracle".
Ruby staying in is bad news for her children, who have admitted that they are embarrassed by their mum's antics.
In a phone call to their mum on the show, Madeleine, 11, told her she was embarrassed and her younger daughter, eight-year-old Marina, said she was being teased by schoolfriends over Ruby's awful singing.
