After struggling in Audley Harrison's boxing class yesterday, John said he really enjoyed the exercise this morning and would definitely like to keep it up.

Ruby's the new Geri?

Ruby will be singing Geri Halliwell's Ma Chica Latino tonight and is hoping her raunchy Spanish dance routine will win her a few votes
