The colourful character is famous for wearing jodhpurs and driving a huge truck around Brighton and describes himself as a "Victorian dad".
The show will centre on Eubank's £2m home in Hove in Sussex, showing life with his wife Karron and four kids.
Eubank has been on reality TV before when he was in the first series of Celebrity Big Brother and a series of The Eubanks could be on the cards if the first show is a success.
