		Two Towers gets tougher 12A rating

The new Lord of the Rings film, The Two Towers has been given a 12A rating in the UK.

The first film in the trilogy - The Fellowship of the Ring - was given the lower rating of PG with a warning for children under eight.

The 12A rating means you can go and see it if you're under 12 but you'll have to take an adult with you.

You might want to take one of these to the cinema!

It's the British Board of Film Classification who give the rating.

It says the new film has very strong fighting and horror scenes.

And it'll be a bottom-numbing 179 minutes and ten seconds long - that's just 50 seconds short of three hours!

The Two Towers is released in the UK on 18 December.
