It'll be on every weekday for nine months and it's thought Nicki will get £500,000 for the deal.
The show will be on at the same time as ITV's This Morning, hosted by Fern Britton and John Leslie.
Travel show, too
Nicki will also front a travel show and stand in for Matthew Kelly on City Hospital sometimes.
The magazine show is her first proper job as a presenter after she found fame on Pop Idol.
But don't worry she'll still be carryiing on her job as top pop promoter for Gareth Gates and Will Young.
