  Cinema feels force of angry fans

A row broke out and police were called to a cinema in Glasgow after a midnight screening of Star Wars was shown back to front.

The fans became rowdy and upset because they had booked their tickets well in advance and wanted to be one of the first people to see the film in the UK.

Angry fans, some who had dressed up as their favourite characters, demanded to know what had happened.

When films are shown at the cinema they are split into sections, they are then put onto large reels which can be projected onto the huge screen.

In this case, the reels had got muddled up and viewers got to see the end an hour into the film.

The cinema has apologised and offered full refund for everyone.
