Orlando, who plays Legolas in Lord of the Rings, will appear alongside Kate Beckinsale in the 30 second commercial.
The adverts have been filmed in black-and-white to promote the store's summer range.
The oscar-winning director of the ad - Cameron Crowe, also made the hit movies Jerry Maguire and Almost Famous.
The store is well known for using celebrities in its commercials, including the pop star Shaggy.
The ads will be seen in the United States, Canada and the UK from 28 April.
