In the episode, Bart is swallowed by a giant snake, Homer is robbed by street kids and massive rats keep running across the road.
The people who are in charge of Brazil's tourism are angry because they think it makes Brazil look terrible. Tourism bosses think it could stop people going there on holiday and are considering suing the show's producers.
Blame It On Lisa
Lisa is also seen making friends with a Brazilian street boy who is being chased by wild monkeys, and Homer is kidnapped by a taxi driver.
The episode, called Blame It On Lisa, was shown in America last week.
A spokesman in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro said they were particularly upset about the monkeys, because they made Rio look like a "jungle", when in fact it's a very modern city.
