He and his wife refuse to let their four children, aged between five and 13, see the film or read the books.
He says he thought the books would be "safe" but when he read the first one he was "alarmed."
Some 50,000 copies of Reverend Stibbe's leaflet, Lifting the Lid on Harry Potter, will be published for the beginning of December.
He's hoping it will find its way into schools and bookshops.
But J K Rowling's hit back at similar complaints, saying her books are "very moral" in their view of the struggle between good and evil.
