Level E: Physical Health
knowledge and understanding of the impact health choices can have on the quality of health

demonstrate the ability to make positive health choices, e.g. risk assessment on issues such as substance misuse


Level E: Emotional Health
benefits to health of good personal relationships

demonstrate responsible strategies to deal with a range of situations and emotions in relationships

recognise the impact of change on their lives
show ways in which they can seek help and advice


Level E: Social Health
identify global environmental issues that affect health

identify some of the ways in which laws impact on health and safety,

develop their knowledge of local health support services and of how to access them


Level F: Physical Health
develop skills of personal management, including decision-making, problem-solving


Level F: Emotional Health
demonstrate personal and interpersonal skills, e.g. coping with failure, strategies for seeking help with personal difficulties

show an ability to deal with changing expectations


Level F: Social Health
understanding of interrelated rights and responsibilities

skills for responding to risk situations in the local community
students role in supporting health and safety laws within the community

how people can work together in the community, e.g. food co-operatives
