Will Young's new photos were shot just before the 23-year-old jetted off to Cuba to film his first videos.
The single's expected to become one of the UK's biggest debut singles when it's released on 25 February.
And a spokeswoman said Will Young was "absolutely delighted" with the CD's picture, especially after the very first auditions when Will Young had egg on his shirt!
Will Young won the talent search after getting 4.6 million votes on Saturday night.
Gareth Gates also in the race
Runner-up Gareth Gates is reported to be releasing his first single on 18 March.
It's thought it will be a version of Unchained Melody, a song Gareth Gates sung on his way to the Pop Idol finals.
