Make a class list of verbs that can be used to describe people speaking. For example:
- said
- replied
- asked
- responded
- explained
- added
- interrupted
The first part may be rewritten as:

"Well, it's incredibly hot in the desert sometimes. When we were shooting just now in Tunisia for Attack of the Clones it was summer and I was cooking inside there," answered Anthony.
