  Wimbledon: Bad defeat for Henman
Updated 30 June 2004, 17.54
Tim Henman is out of Wimbledon for another year
Tim Henman has slumped out of Wimbledon after an embarrasing straight sets defeat to Croat Mario Ancic.

The British number one and fifth seed was beaten in the quarter finals by the unseeded 20-year-old, 7-6 6-4 6-2.

Henman played well in the first set to take it to a tie-break, but after Ancic won that to take the set Henman began to struggle.

Ancic did play some excellent tennis to earn the win, but Henman didn't seem to be at his best either.

His own serve was broken twice in both the second and third sets, and he only broke the Ancic serve once, in the second set.

Ancic is now into the semi-finals and will play number two seed Andy Roddick.
