  Fresh injury worries for England
Updated 15 June 2004, 09.34
Paul Scholes could miss the next England game
England could be without midfield stars Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt for their match against Switzerland on Thursday.

Scholes picked up an ankle injury against France and is likely to miss the game while Butt was injured in training and could have to come home.

Bayern Munich's Owen Hargreaves may play in place of Scholes as he replaced him in the game with France.

There was some good news though, defender John Terry is fit again and will probably replace Ledley King.

That's harsh on King who had a great game against France, but coach Sven Goran Eriksson sees Terry as very important to his defence.

Sven also talked about his decision to substitute Wayne Rooney with England leading 1-0 on Sunday.

Sven said he was worried that Rooney, who had been booked, might have been sent off if he'd stayed on.
