  Footballers kick out at racism
Updated 15 April 2004, 15.36
Thierry Henry is backing an anti-racism campaign
A team of top footballers are backing a new campaign trying to stop racism against people seeking asylum.

Thierry Henry, David James and Sven Goran Eriksson are some of the big names helping the campaign, run by charity Show Racism the Red Card.

The video is called Safe Place and has been made to help teach young people some of the facts about asylum seekers.

The charity has been using footballers to try and stop racism since 1996, and not just in football, everywhere.

It's the first time the charity have ever campaigned in support of people seeking asylum in the UK.

It hopes that if people start learning the facts about asylum seekers their attitudes towards them will get better.
