Ferrari have won 14 of the 16 races so far this season, and Schumacher became world champion quicker than any other driver in F1 history.
The ideas being considered include:
making his car heavier
- taking away some of the computer aids for drivers
- only allowing each car two engines a season
- splitting qualifying into four half-hour sessions over Friday and Saturday
- stopping teams improving their cars so much during the season
But introducing new rules might be hard.
Every team has to agree to a change, and it's not likely that Ferrari will say yes - if it stops them winning so much!
