	The night of the attack
		The four men were at a Leeds nightclub
		Mr Najeib was also there with friends
		A fight took place outside when Mr Najeib left the club
		He suffered a broken leg and nose in the attack

But he and team mate Lee Bowyer were found not guilty of causing grievous bodily harm. GBH means seriously hurting someone.

Bowyer was also cleared of affray, which is fighting in a public place.

Accused

The players were accused, along with their friends Paul Clifford and Neale Caveney, of attacking Sarfraz Najeib in January 2000.

Woodgate and Caveney have been sentenced to 100 hours of community service which means he has to do some good work in the community.

Clifford has been sentenced to jail for six years.

Because Bowyer's been cleared of all charges it means he's free to go.

The four men had denied all the charges.
