  Nintendo Dual Screen (DS)
Updated 13 July 2004, 10.39
Nintendo's Dual Screen
Not content with the huge number of GameBoys and GameBoy Advances they've already sold, Nintendo are bringing out yet another handheld.

This one looks pretty special though, as it has two screens sitting one above the other.

The bottom of the pair uses touch-screen technology.

Examples of how the screens may work, could be a driving game, with the in car postion on one screen and the map of the track on the other.

Key features:

  • Two screens, both backlit, with the lower using touch-screen technology
  • Wireless networking allowing 16 gamers to play together without cables
  • 3D graphics on both screens
  • Two processors
  • Price not yet known
