'UFOs' captured on film by pilots
Updated 12 May 2004, 21.15
Is this evidence of UFOs?
A film released by the Mexican air force is evidence that UFOs exist, according to an investigator.

Pilots filmed the movie which shows 11 bright objects moving quickly in the sky, using a special infra-red camera after they picked them up on radar.

One of the pilots can be heard saying: "We are not alone! This is so weird!"

The Mexican defence ministry confirmed the video was filmed by members of the air force, but didn't comment on what the bright objects might be.

Mexican UFO investigator Jaime Maussan said this was the first time a UFO video "had the backing of the armed forces".

One of the pilots said: "I believe they could feel we were pursuing them."
