Kids in a Scottish region could be banned from using mobile phone cameras if councillors back the proposal.
The ban has been put forward because of concerns about kids' pictures being taken without their permission.
The size and style of camera phones mean that it's hard for many people to tell if they are being photographed.
"Parents and children have a right to know what pictures are being taken of them and how they are being used," said a council spokesman in West Lothian.
