  Classic Pac-Man game relaunched
Updated 23 January 2004, 17.48
Pac-Man original
One of the biggest computer games of all time is staging a comeback.

Pac-Man, which your parents might well have played in arcades, is being relaunched for Nintendo GameCube and GameBoy Advance.

The little yellow fella was huge in the 1980s, with loads of merchandise and even a song about him! Makers Namco reckon he was played at least 10 billion times

You can't buy new Pac-Man; it'll come free with new Namco games on GameCube.

Pac-Man on the GameCube
The new game will be multi-player

One player will control Pac on a GameBoy Advance, while three others take the part of the ghosts who must catch him on the GameCube.

It all sounds good fun, but be warned - kids might have to fight with their parents to get a go!
