A poll of 900 members of the UK's Acne Support group found 73% would reject cash for a clear complexion.
The survey also found out that people went to extreme measures to beat their acne. Some used toothpaste, and some even used shark saliva!
There is no known cure for acne, but doctors can help in severe cases. Acne can cause scars and depression.
About 90% of people get spots at some time in their lives.
Around 15% of people have such bad acne that they visit the doctor about it.
