They did it by taking the DNA from a jellyfish that makes it glow and putting it into a zebra fish to make it shine a yellow-green colour.
The company's scientists have also made sure that the fish can't have baby fish or breed with other normal fish.
Fish fans aren't happy
They've done so they can make loads of money from people who have fish tanks.
But it's got lots of fish fans worried about what might happen next.
They worry that other genetically modified fish might be on their way, and they could take over Britain's waters from the ones that naturally live here at the moment.
