Scientists have finally decided that chocolate is good for you. Hurray!
Apparently scoffing dark chocolate can help stop blood clots, which can cause nasty illnesses like strokes.
Dark chocolate only
Volunteers had to eat dark, milk or white chocolate and then the scientists tested their blood.
The people who'd eaten the dark chocolate had better properties in their blood which help prevent clotting, the researchers found.
But it does only apply to dark chocolate. White and milk chocolate just don't cut it with the boffins.
Oh well.
