Schools from across Northern Ireland had been battling to set new records in the Flight Experience competition at Belfast's Odyssey arena.

Anyone who broke the world record stood to get a special one-off prize of £5,000.

But the paper plane world record stayed unbroken at 59 metres - that's as long as a jumbo jet!

The top four finalists won £1000 for their school and a VIP trip to the Farnborough Air Show.
