And it's so bright, that you don't even need a telescope or binoculars to see it.

As long as there's a clear sky, people all over the world should be able to spot the comet from their own back garden.

Here's how to find it:

The Ikea Jang comet

• Look in the direction that the sun has set
• Look for the planet Mars - it's just above the horizon and looks like a bright pinky-red blob
• The comet should be just to the right of Mars and it'll look like a smudge of light

Comets are very exciting to look at, but they're also extremely useful to astronomers because they help them find out more about the solar system.
