1/6 Newsround's Ellie went along to West Midlands Safari Park to meet the white lions who have recently arrived there
2/6 The new pride is made up of four cubs - three females and one male. They're rare because their coats are creamy beige in colour. This is caused by an unusual combination of genes from their parents
3/6 Ellie said they were beautiful but scary. She fed them chunks of meat on a stick and one cub was a bit keen and pulled the stick out of her hand!
4/6 They're pretty special as there are only 70 left in the world. As far as experts know, they're all in captivity
5/6 The first of these lions were spotted in South Africa about 30 years ago after centuries of mysterious rumours about whether they were real. And from those few, all the rest have been bred
6/6 It's hoped these cubs will soon breed and help boost the population!
