10/12 Pasta in a spicy tomato sauce = 12g of fat. Fat is essential to the proper functioning of the body. Fatty acids provide the raw materials that help in the control of blood pressure, blood clotting and many other functions.
11/12 Muffin made with vegetable oil = 6 g of fat. Fat transports vitamins through your body, cushions your internal organs, helps your heart and immune system, gives you energy and makes food taste nicer.
12/12 Chocolate cake = 16g of fat. But you can have your cake and eat it. One easy way to reduce fat is to eat fatty food only once a week.
