Two tremors have hit the New Zealand city of Christchurch which was hit by a massive earthquake in February that killed 181 people.

There are no reports of any deaths but lots of people have been injured and some buildings have collapsed.

A magnitude 5.2 quake struck six miles from the city centre, followed 80 minutes later by a stronger quake.

John Key, New Zealand's prime minister, said it was a frightening event for the people of Christchurch.
