The red kite is a spectacular bird of prey which was once extinct in England but thanks to a successful conservation programme, has made a remarkable comeback.

They have a wingspan of 1.5m, and now there are nearly 2,000 breeding pairs.

But recently these birds have become a bit of a problem and part of the reason is down to us.
