Chelsea have sacked manager Carlo Ancelotti after the club finished their first season in three years without winning any trophies.
The Blues finished nine points behind Premier League champions Manchester United, and only came second over Manchester City on goal difference.
It's a big change from last season, when Ancelotti led the Blues to victory in the Premier League and FA Cup.
In a statement, the club said it hadn't performed as well as expected.
"This season's performances have fallen short of expectations and the club feels the time is right to make this change ahead of next season's preparations," it said.
Things didn't get any better for Chelsea in their last match of the season, against Everton. They lost 1-0.
So now the hunt is on for a new manager for Chelsea - their seventh in just eight years!
