Manchester United are busy celebrating the club's 19th Premier League title win. They picked up the their trophy after beating Blackpool 4-2 at Old Trafford.
The defeat was devastating for Blackpool fans as it saw their team relegated to the Championship. Spare a thought for Ian Evatt too - he scored an own goal that helped United win.
This was Birmingham City defender Liam Ridgewell after realising that his team are also out of the Premier League. They lost 2-1 to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.
Chelsea finished second in the league, but they haven't won a single trophy this season. Club bosses aren't happy abut that, so manager Carlo Ancelotti is out.
Back to the winners now... Wigan players gave manager Roberto Martinez a massive hug after beating Stoke 1-0, as it means they've avoided relegation.
And despite Wolverhampton Wanderers losing 3-2 at home to Blackburn Rovers, they've still got enough points to stay in the Premier League.
