English rivers to get a spring clean

Watch Ore's report from River Misbourne in Buckinghamshire

Water animals like otters and fish like salmon are getting a spring clean for their homes from the government.

It's all part of a clean up of England's rivers, lakes and streams so wildlife can flourish.

The government wants to stop pollution and prevent weeds growing and they're giving £110 million to the project.

But it's not just the government who'll be working on the clean-up, they want local communities to get involved in caring for their own waterways.
