Gamers have been complaining that playing the new Nintendo 3DS console is making them feel dizzy and giving them headaches.
A gaming website found around 50 comments from tech fans on Twitter.
One user wrote "Just played the 3DS, now I'm dizzy", while another posted "the thing gave me a really bad headache".
A Nintendo spokesman said they hadn't received any calls from customers about this problem.
He advised players "to find the distance and angle that is most comfortable for them" and recommended taking frequent breaks.
He added: "When viewing any kind of 3D images (TV, movies etc), some people might experience minor discomfort. The effects are short term and have no lasting effect."
The Nintendo 3DS is designed to allow 3D gameplay without glasses. It was released in the UK at midnight on Friday.
