Man pulled alive from the rubble in Japan

JAPAN EARTHQUAKE: Survivor found alive after five days

A man has been found alive under the rubble - five days after a massive earthquake hit Japan.

He was found in the city of Ishinomaki, 96 hours after the earthquake struck Japan's north-east coast.

At least 15,000 people are still missing after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake destroyed towns and villages and triggered a tsunami.

A huge rescue effort has been launched, and teams from around the world have gone to Japan to look for survivors.
