Siberian tiger moves to Yorkshire

An example of a Siberian tiger

Scotland tiger moves down South

A two-year-old Siberian tiger is moving house, from Scotland to a new home at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

The tiger, called Vladimir, is part of a breeding programme, to help make sure Siberian tigers don't die out.

This type of tiger is very threatened in the wild and already there are only thought to be 400 of the animals in Siberia where they come from.

Soon Vladimir will be joined by a female tiger from Bulgaria and the Park hope they'll see babies in future.
