Former X Factor contestant Gamu Nhengu has been told she's got to leave the UK after her mum's request for permission to stay here was turned down again.
The 19-year-old singer, her mum and her brothers moved to Scotland from Zimbabwe in Africa several years ago.
They were first ordered to leave in October last year because their mum's visa had run out, but officials later decided to reconsider their case.
A spokesman for the family said they would appeal against the visa refusal.
Gamu was one of the early favourites to win the 2010 series of The X Factor but left the competition when Cheryl Cole didn't pick her for the live finals.
